Luxury home developer Silver Sky Development celebrated its official groundbreaking on Wednesday, June 12.

Situated on 18 acres Silver Sky is a 12-parcel neighborhood located at the base of Mummy Mountain, according to a press release. With the streets recently paved and the infrastructure now complete, Silver Sky Development plans to begin building homes this summer, starting with an $18 million showcase home called Nova.

Silver Sky is the work of developers Heriberto Velasquez and Jeremy Takas.

“We are so excited to begin construction and take these next steps toward our vision to create a luxury residential community featuring world-class architecture on some of the last vacant land in Paradise Valley,” Takas said in the release. “It’s been an honor to have played a role as we have reshaped the fingerprint of this incredible town.”
