Westgate Entertainment District will host a fireworks display to celebrate Independence Day.

The event goes from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday, July 4.

Firework Fest, sponsored by Sanderson Ford and Desert Diamond Casino West Valley, is marking its 12th year at Westgate and will feature free airbrush tattoos, classically restored fire trucks with a kids-approved splash zone, dining deals, an open-air beer garden with live music, games and more.

This year’s special musical guests will be The Fighter Country Talent Squad and Hillbilly Deluxe.

Residents can also picnic within the district with grab-and-go dinner deals from participating eateries before the fireworks show.

The festival is free to attend. There will also be free parking at all open lots. Parking will be limited at Westgate and carpooling is recommended.

Westgate Entertainment District is a no drone zone.
