Fountain Hills Theater’s “Brighton Beach Memoirs” enters its final weekend, with a final production set Sunday, Sept. 1, at 2 p.m.
Eugene Jerome lives with his family in Brooklyn. He dreams of baseball and girls and copes with his formidable mother, overworked father and his worldly older brother. Throw in his widowed Aunt Blanche, her two daughters and there is a recipe for hilarity, served up Simon-style.
Winner of three Tony Awards, “Brighton Beach Memoirs” is the first of Neil Simon’s Eugene Trilogy.
“Brighton Beach Memoirs” is currently playing at Fountain Hills Theater through Sept. 1 with performances Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m.
All performances take place at Fountain Hills Theater, 11445 N. Saguaro Blvd.
For reservations, call 480-837-9661 x3 or visit fhtaz.org. Individual tickets are $40 for adults and $18 for youth 17 and under.
