Auction raises funds for Florence Junior Parada

Posted

The Historic Florence Foundation will be holding a live and silent auction to raise funds for the 92nd Annual Junior Parada Rodeo.

The event starts at 4 p.m., Saturday, at the Coolidge/Florence Elks Lodge, 2241 N. Attaway Road, Florence.

The foundation organizes the annual Junior Parada Rodeo at the Charles Whitlow Rodeo Grounds, 11608 AZ-79, every November. It also helps the town produce the Junior Parada Parade.

Along with the auction, the fundraising event will include raffles and a grand marshal reveal.

Among the items up for auction are custom-designed jewelry, gift baskets, artwork, gift cards and more.

This year’s rodeo runs from Nov. 29 to Dec. 1, and the parade takes place Saturday, Nov. 30 in Historic Downtown Florence.
