New light industrial park near Chandler Airport sold for $57M

Posted

Midway Commerce Center, located near Chandler Municipal Airport, traded hands recently as real estate development firm Creation sold the three-building, 301,994-square-foot master-planned industrial center to Boston-headquartered Longpoint Realty Partners for $57 million.

Located on the northeast corner of Germann Road and Hamilton Street, Midway Commerce Center is a three-building light industrial business park on 18.3 acres within the "Chandler Airport infill submarket," according to a news release.

Cushman and Wakefield brokers handled the sale. Lee and Associates supported the leasing efforts and will remain involved.

LGE Design Build completed construction of the park earlier this year.
