Lola’s Liquors is a cocktail bar now open in Downtown Chandler on San Marcos Place, between d’Vine Gourmet and Murphy’s Law Irish Pub, just north of Boston Street.
The bar is one of the latest ventures by Liquid Sunshine Projects. That firm also oversees Murphy’s Law, Black Sheep Wine Bar & Merchant and Bourbon Jack’s American Tavern.
The small food list includes shareable plates. There are poke nachos roasted beet hummus with wonton chips, fried rice bites with spicy tuna and jalapeños, teriyaki chicken skewers and a triple chocolate brownie dessert with a chocolate chip cookie, ice cream and sauces.
The full bar focuses on unique cocktails.
Lola’s Liquors’ address is 64 S. San Marcos Place. It’s open from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays only.
