Fuse Flex Space, a co-working facility tailored specifically for local entrepreneurs and business owners looking for flexible workspace is set for a grand opening Oct. 24 at 2700 S. Gilbert Road, Chandler, on the border with Gilbert.

Fuse Flex Space, a locally-owned and woman-owned business, is designed to provide flexible and functional spaces for expanding professionals.

Fuse Flex Space offers a contemporary workspace featuring 8,000 square feet of private office space and 20,000 square feet of air-conditioned warehouse space.

With six fully equipped meeting spaces that accommodate teams of 2-40 people, and the ability to host events of up to 75 people in the kitchen/lobby area, the  establishment is built for professionals seeking collaboration and flexibility.

Fuse Flex Space provides co-working options, and virtual mail services, offering local businesses a professional address and mail management. The location also features parking for members and visitors.

Fuse Flex Space has a hybrid office concept, which includes private offices along with dedicated warehouse space. The blend ensures entrepreneurs can integrate their workspace requirements under one roof for efficiency.

"We're thrilled to unveil Fuse Flex Space as the ultimate destination for entrepreneurs and small business owners in the East Valley," said Becky Wyatt, co-owner of Fuse Flex Space. "Our mission is to cultivate a vibrant community where companies can focus, grow, and gather.”-

Said co-owner Sarah Hardecopf: “Our goal was to provide a revolutionary way to offer flexible workspace solutions to local professionals. The vision for Fuse Flex Space is to provide businesses such as tech startups, e-commerce, and trades businesses with a one-stop-shop workspace solution that does not currently exist in the market. Chandler has many established technology companies, with many skilled individuals who may want to start their own businesses, and they have a new option with Fuse Flex Space.”

Members have begun to move in, and 50 percent of private offices were already booked by local businesses, co-owner Cameron Wyatt said.
