Cushman & Wakefield recently announced the sale of a 225,000-square-foot “Class A” industrial campus along Germann Road, near the Chandler Municipal Airport, via a news release.
The recently constructed 16-acre campus, located just west of Edwards Vacuum, includes two industrial buildings and was 100% leased to three tenants at the time of the sale, for which the price wasn't disclosed.
The buildings have clear heights of 28 feet, a combined 62 dock doors and 14 drive-in doors, 262 parking spaces, and full ingress/egress.
The release says the location is within about 15 minutes driving time of Intel’s west Chandler and Ocotillo campuses.
Chandler economic development staff members have been charged with strategically locating support facilities and businesses for Intel, billed as Arizona’s largest technology developer and manufacturer, in the city.
