Chandler offices, libraries, museum among July 4 closures

Chandler city offices and some other facilities will be closed Thursday, July 4, 2024, in observance of the Independence Day holiday.
Here are some of the closures:
City administrative offices will be closed.
All Chandler Public Libraries (Downtown, Basha, Hamilton, Sunset) will be closed.
The Chandler Museum will be closed.
The Center for the Arts box office and the galleries at the Center for the Arts and the Vision Gallery will be closed.
All Chandler pools — Arrowhead, Desert Oasis, Folley, Hamilton, Mesquite Groves and Nozomi, will open at their regular Thursday times, which vary, and will close at 5 p.m. Lap-swimming sessions will not be available on July 4.
Chandler's Community Center, Senior Center, Nature Center, Snedigar Recreation Center, Tennis Center, and the Tumbleweed Recreation Center will be closed.
Recycling and trash will be collected on the holiday.
The Solid Waste Services office and the Recycling-Solid Waste Collection center will be closed.
