The Farmhouse, a Heritage District breakfast restaurant from a mother and daughter, will close July 1 after 35 years of operation.
The restaurant, which moved into the Heritage District at 228 N. Gilbert Road, Gilbert, in 2001, has served a breakfast and lunch menu Wednesdays through Sundays.
Sylvia and Milli Hilligardt renovated the space, which dates to 1918, after moving from a farmhouse at Gilbert and Warner roads.
