Beginning Friday, Sept 6, there is a lane closure on eastbound Broadway Road from Tomahawk to just east of the 76 Gas Station on Old West Highway in Apache Junction.
It extends 500 feet from the Royal Palm/Old West Highway intersection, according to a release.
While Westbound traffic and business access will remain open via Tomahawk, eastbound traffic will be detoured to Old West Highway via Tomahawk.
Message boards are to be placed to alert drivers. The closure is expected to last until Friday, Oct. 11.
