I have yet to see a detailed map of exactly where they plan on putting this Amkor manufacturing facility. I have Googled it as much as I can, and it seems like a big secret.
We are totally against adding yet another huge facility. There are only two exits out of Vistancia to Loop 303 — Lone Mountain and Happy Valley. All the congestion will be in and out of Vistancia, with speed already out of control on both.
We don’t need another Four Corners inside the community.
When we first built our home in Blackstone 11 years ago, the proposal was a public high school, with a park behind it, like the one at Thunderbird Road and Loop 101, so the high school could use the baseball fields. Now, another for profit school, and no park. The developers plans have de-volved into $$$$$, and not much to enhance our neighborhood, just more and more of the Fourcorners mentality.
