Tempe’s Real Results Medical & Aesthetics, 3200 South Rural Road, hosted an Open House event on June 20 to benefit the Rise & Dream Foundation’s Back to School Fresh Start Program.

Attendees received free consultations and were treated to refreshments, facility tours and live demonstrations of the brand-new IQ facial diagnostics device, as well as other devices and procedures, a press release explained.

The Rise & Dream Foundation’s mission is to make an impact by restoring, investing, strengthening and empowering children, families and the homeless. The foundation steps in to prevent or offset medical, financial or family crises, according to the release.

“Many thanks to everyone who attended. We are particularly grateful for the amount of backpacks, cash donations and other school supplies we received to help prepare Valley students for the upcoming school year,” Ashley Milhizer, owner and naturopathic medical doctor, stated in the release.

Attendees enjoyed learning about available medical aesthetic services/products and supporting a great cause helping Valley students with school supplies, the release added.

Real Results Medical & Aesthetics, formerly Milhizer Medical, recently rebranded with a new name and logo to better reflect the range of services provided to both men and women. To learn more or to book an appointment, visit www.realresultsmedical.com or call 480-245-5636.
