Joshua Carmona, also known as the radio personality Crisco Kidd, has affiliated with the Tempe/Ahwatukee office of Coldwell Banker Realty as an affiliate agent.

Carmona comes to the office with seven years of real estate experience and also 25 years as a radio personality. His No. 1-rated show is heard weekday afternoons on 101.1 The Bounce in Phoenix and weekends on SiriusXM’s Pitbull’s Globalization, a press release explained.

“Since I started working in real estate, my mission has been to help clients find their dream home or investment property in Arizona,” Carmona stated in the release.

He went on to say that he chose Coldwell Banker for being “the most notable and prestigious real estate brand” in the world. Carmona added that branch manager Ricardo Cortazar shares his vision for the industry, supports his community initiatives and has built a great team through strong leadership.

“I’m looking forward to bringing my talents to the team,” he stated.

Most recently, Carmona was an agent with the Jason Mitchell Group, and he holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations with a minor in marketing from the University of Houston and a master’s in public administration from Arizona State University.

Carmona is also the current sponsorship director for the Greater Phoenix chapter of The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals and serves on the North Mountain Village Committee for the city of Phoenix.

Passionate about helping others, he founded Crisco’s Kids, a 501c3 nonprofit whose mission is to enrich young lives, strengthen family bonds and foster an environment where every child can focus on quality of life, growth and happiness by providing access to essential resources, the release detailed.
