CBRE arranged a 9,365-square-foot office lease at Horizon Bay in Tempe for landlord Silver Creek Development. Dunmor, a technology-enabled private real estate lender, will occupy one of four speculative office suites under construction on the west wing of the property's second floor and plans to relocate its corporate headquarters from Los Angeles to Arizona.
Delivery is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027 at 1337 E. Rio Salado Parkway in Tempe.
CBRE’s Lauren Lovell and Pat Boyle represented landlord Silver Creek Development in the transaction. The lease represents the first announced commitment within Horizon Bay's speculative office suite program.
