Stronger Today Fitness, 11294 W. Bell Road, suite 104C, is ready to help seniors gain strength through personal training. Diana Smithson is the owner of the small personal training facility.

“As a Postural Alignment Specialist, I seek to provide corrective exercises to reduce pain, increase mobility, and prevent unnecessary surgeries. As an orthopedic exercise specialist, I aim to fill in the gaps in traditional one-sided physical therapy treatments training the whole body to be stronger today,” said Smithson.

The business is open 5:45 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday-Friday. Email dsmithson@strongertodayfitness.com or call 623-404-2260.

How would you describe the company’s mission and values?

Helping all people enjoy quality of life through functional training and movement. Our values are based on the individual. Listening to their unique needs and goals. There isn’t a cookie cutter fitness routine; it’s completely personal.

How does your business contribute to the local community?

As a local contributor, we seek to build relationships and referrals with like-minded holistic-style services. Involvement in local volunteering opportunities and non profit organizations to create an awareness of the need for vitality and longevity amongst the community.

Are there any unique perspectives or ideas you bring to the industry that could set you apart from your competitors?

We set myself apart from my competitors with my consistent continuing education efforts. We see the body as a whole with more to accomplish than a certain image or reduction of pain. We strive to educate our clients on why we do each exercise to empower them when they’re not working with us.

Are there any upcoming product launches, events, or initiatives that readers should know about?

A postural alignment seminar is scheduled at 10:30-11 a.m. and noon-1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct 2, at the Sun City West Foundation Palo Verde Room, 14465 R.H. Johnson Blvd. The discussion will cover the benefits and need to be in alignment and how that effects your current and future overall health.

Is there anything else you would like the readers to know about your business?

Seeking to understand and educate you is why Stronger Today Fitness exists. We care about the quality of life of everyone regardless of limitations, ages or abilities. There is a place for you at Stronger Today Fitness.
