AAUW members are surviving summer

The American Association of University Women (AAUW), Northwest Valley branch, recently hosted its June Summer Survivor Breakfast at Tivoli Gardens.
The July Summer Survivor luncheon is at Chef Peter’s in Sun Village.
The AAUW promotes equity and education for women and girls. Since its founding in 1881, AAUW members have examined and taken positions on the fundamental issues of the day-education, social, economic and political.
Membership is open to anyone holding an associate’s degree, bachelor’s or higher degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
