Wilde Wealth Management Group opens Sun City-Surprise office

Posted

Wilde Wealth Management Group, a financial advisory firm that provides retirement, investment, real estate, insurance, legal and tax planning services all under one roof, announced the opening of its Sun City-Surprise office at 13985 W. Grand Ave., Suite 100.

Leading the office as managing partner is Nicholas Bair CFP, ChFC.

“I take on this role with a deep understanding of the community and the needs of both individuals and families,” said Bair, a West Valley resident who lives in Peoria with his wife, Suzanne, and daughter, Alexa, who grew up on Luke Air Force Base and in Glendale. “I have served the region for 15 years and can say firsthand that there is a specific need for an independent, holistic approach to wealth management that takes into account all of an individual’s needs as it relates to finances, which certainly includes portfolio analysis and retirement planning but likely also insurance, tax planning, legal assistance, and more.  This change will let me do what’s best for the financial needs of my clients.”

Bair, who will serve the office as senior wealth advisor as well as managing partner, has more than 15 years of experience in serving the West Valley, including as senior vice president of investments and private client advisor with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management’s Sun City Grand office, where he also worked as a financial advisor. He is a member of the Sun Health Council of Professional Advisors and has earned both the Certified Financial Planner and Chartered Financial Consultant designations.

Bair holds Series 7, Series 65, Series 6, Series 63 securities registrations as well as the Arizona Life and Health Insurance Producers License. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Mansfield University.

Bair may be reached by calling 602-336-4659 or 623-521-2401 or by email at nick@wildewealth.com.

Wilde Wealth Management Group, which has a sister West Valley office in Glendale as well as teams in Scottsdale, Tempe, Tucson, Payson and Sedona, was recently named by Forbes to its annual list of America’s Top Registered Investment Advisory firms.  In 2022, Wilde Wealth Management Group also launched Wilde Wealth Insurance. The new in-house firm, which is in Wilde’s Scottsdale office, offers corporate and individual insurances services, business insurance – including general liability, property, workers compensation and more – life and disability insurance, long-term care insurance, and homeowners and renter’s insurance.
