The West Valley Chorale will hold auditions for its 39th performance season 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday, Sept. 5, at Shepherd of the Hills United Methodist Church, 13658 W. Meeker Blvd.

For this 15-minute, low-key audition, singers should prepare a song to sing. An accompanist will be available, so bring a copy of the music for her as well.

All are welcome to audition but basses and tenors are especially encouraged to apply.

The chorale rehearses 2:45-5 p.m. Mondays at Shepherd of the Hills. Rehearsals for the December concerts begin the first Monday after Labor Day, Sept. 12. Members will resume rehearsals in early January and work on their spring concerts, which are performed in late March/early April.

All auditioning will need to complete an Audition Request Form at westvalleychoraleaz.org and show proof of a COVID-19 vaccination at the audition.

Individuals will be contacted to set up an audition time. If unavailable Sept. 5, alternate dates can be arranged.
