Traffic: Brush fire shuts down part of Glendale Avenue

Glendale Fire Department crews are on scene of a brush fire in the area of 99th Avenue and Glendale Avenue, according to fire officials as of 2:23 p.m. Tuesday.

Initial reports are that a half-acre is affected.

Firefighters are making a good stop of the fire, but it is threatening vehicles on Glendale Avenue. Traffic is shut down in both directions on Glendale between 99th Avenue and Glenn Harbor Blvd.

No injuries have been reported.
