Town Deer Valley expected to be complete by late summer

Town Deer Valley is expected to be complete by late summer, according to a construction management firm.
The development, a 388-unit luxury multifamily project, totals 442,000 square-feet and made up of 19 buildings designed by Todd & Associates Architects.
The project is currently about 80% complete, according to GCON Inc., the Arizona-based construction management firm said.
“The Town Deer Valley project started in the midst of the (pandemic)," said GCON President Mike Olinger. "GCON worked tirelessly to help the owner navigate the realities of the broader market issues such as supply chain disruption, material cost inflation, regulatory constraints, subcontractor labor demands/insolvency (and) design flaws."
The community boasts a full-amenity package that includes two resort-style pools and spas, water features spread throughout the community. Town Deer Valley will have private resident cabanas, golf putting green, pet spa and a children’s play structure, according to a press release.
The clubhouse will have a 24-hour sundry shop, poker/card room, an arts and crafts center, a conference room and a state-of-the-art fitness center, the press release said.
