Students at Kyrene, Tempe Union High and Tempe Elementary school districts will start school on Wednesday, July 19.
Tempe districts have been preparing for the first full day of the 2023-24 school year, informing parents and students of how to best get ready for back-to-school as summer vacation comes to a close.
Kyrene School District released a first-day guide for its community, providing tips like staying positive as a parent when it comes to talking about school and connecting with new peers as a student.
Tempe Union and Tempe Elementary also have back-to-school guides available online with information about transportation, school safety and more.
