Surprise teams with Adelante to expand services
Health screenings now available for free twice a month

The Surprise Resource Center is partnering with Adelante Healthcare for expanded services in the city.

The Surprise Resource Center, 12425 W. Bell Road, Suite 124, has partnered with Adelante Healthcare to offer expanded services to the local community.
Free health screenings are now available from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the second and fourth Thursday of every month Residents can be screened for blood pressure and glucose and also receive valuable health-related education.
These new services are in addition to the other Adelante Healthcare services available at the Surprise Resource Center, including:
Benefits Assistance: From 8 a.m. to noon on Tuesdays, application assistance for AHCCCS, SNAP, KIDSCARE, Marketplace and sliding scale eligibility is available.
Women, Infants, & Children (WIC): From 8 a.m. to noon on Wednesdays, services are available for pregnant mothers and families with children under 5.
