The Sun City and Sun City West Senior Softball Clubs and the Angels in the Outfield asked members and the community to “pitch-in” donations for the 2023 toy drive to benefit Riverview Elementary, Kingswood Elementary, Discover U Elementary, Eve’s Place, Dysart Community Center and families through the Sun City West Women’s Club.
The softball clubs collected more than $11,236 in the form of bicycles, bags of toys, cash donations and gift cards during the drive Nov. 27-Dec. 1 at Sun City and Sun City West softball fields.
