Greenlight Communities, 8135 E. Indian Bend Road, suite 101, a real estate developer dedicated to constructing rental housing, announces Andy Paulus as its acquisitions manager.
Paulus’ professional journey within the Phoenix real estate community began in 2015. Prior to Greenlight, he held key positions at companies such as Greystar, The Wolff Company and EY. During his career, he had a range of responsibilities, including acquisitions, dispositions, design, entitlements, project management and asset valuation.
An alumnus of Arizona State University, Paulus is also a member of the Urban Land Institute.
