Scottsdale 4th of July returns to WestWorld for 11th Year

Posted

Scottsdale 4th of July Celebration at WestWorld returns for the 11th year, Thursday, July 4, from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Ticket prices will not increase for the popular, family friendly patriotic festivities inside the Tony Nelssen Equestrian Center, according to a press release.

“We are delighted to present the eleventh year of Scottsdale 4th of July and adding to the mix the new Winter Wonderland,” Kerry Dunne, partner of R Entertainment, which co-founded and co-produced this event with M Culinary, said in the release. “We’ll have snowball contests, sled runs and more. New this year is the “Be Healthy Arizona” wellness village. And we’re pleased to welcome a new name with the Lerner and Rowe Bull Riding Rodeo. And, of course, the popular Cold Beers and Cheeseburgers Summer Slider Eating Championship returns.”

Brandon Maxwell of M Culinary added in the release, “This has been a fabulous collaboration, and Scottsdale 4th is now a tradition for the city. We are proud to have grown this delightful family-friendly, patriotic event for everyone in Scottsdale and the Valley at large. It’s been a gratifying production and a pleasure seeing so many smiling faces enjoy the 4th of July in our beautiful city every year.”

Scottsdale 4th of July unites summertime favorites, a backyard BBQ, fireworks and fabulous fun in the 300,000 square-foot fully air-conditioned Tony Nelssen Equestrian Center at WestWorld with indoor festivities beginning at 5 p.m. Throughout the evening guests will enjoy live entertainment, games, a snowy Winter Wonderland, a health village, a bull-riding rodeo, mutton-busting for kids and more. Then, guests step outdoors to see Scottsdale’s largest fireworks show light up the night sky, beginning at approximately 9 p.m.
