Sandfish Sushi & Whiskey has opened a new location in Phoenix.
Led by Chef Engin Onural, this spot combines traditional Japanese sushi with global influences, offering crafted sushi and whiskey pairings in a Scandinavian setting.
The new location is located at 4232 N. 7th Ave.
Onural has earned recognition as a sushi ambassador by the Japanese government, and he achieved 27th place at the Sushi World Cup in 2017. He was honored as Best Chef America in 2016.
The restaurant originated in Palm Springs, California.
