Ridge Riders will host PBR homestand in Glendale in 2024

Arizona’s professional bull riding team will compete at Camping World Team Series

Posted

The Teton Ridge-owned Ridge Riders announced that their annual homestand, PBR Ridge Rider Days, will return to Glendale next season.

The event will take over Desert Diamond Arena, inside Westgate, Oct. 4-6.

The Ridge Riders are Arizona’s first-ever professional bull riding team, competing for their third year in the PBR Camping World Team Series, which transforms bull riding from an individual to team-formatted competition.

During the 2024 regular season, each of the eight founding teams are currently scheduled to compete in head-to-head, five-on-five bull riding games, held across 10 events. The team with the highest aggregate score will be the game winner.

Each team will host a three-day homestand, welcoming the other teams.

PBR Ridge Rider Days will mark the crucial final event of the 2024 PBR teams season before teams make their way to battle for the championship in Las Vegas. The season will conclude in Las Vegas Oct. 18-20 when the teams will go head-to-head in the PBR Team Series Championship, vying to be crowned champions.

In 2022, the Ridge Riders delivered a standout regular season, going 14-13 in game play and coming down to the wire for the title at the championship. Despite being defeated in the final moments by the eventual PBR Team Series Champion Nashville Stampede, the Ridge Riders delivered a strong effort during the inaugural year of the league.

In 2023, the team again made a strong run for the title, battling it out to be within the Top 5 during the regular season by going 13-15 in game play. Gaining momentum in the homestretch of the season, the team again battled hard for the title in Las Vegas, finishing in third place.

Tickets for the three-day 2024 PBR Ridge Rider Days in Glendale are on sale now, and start at $22, taxes and fees not included. They are available at Ticketmaster.com and PBR.com, or by calling PBR customer service at 1-800-732-1727.

PBR Elite Seats are available for avid fans who want an exclusive VIP experience. These tickets, available in three tiers, offer premium seats, personal on-site concierge at the PBR fan loyalty booth, and more.
