Realtor joins Coldwell Banker Goodyear office

Lynda Haneman has associated with the West Valley office of Coldwell Banker Realty in Goodyear as an affiliate agent.
She comes to the office with more than 30 years of experience in real estate, 26 of those years most recently with Coldwell Banker Bain in Redmond, Washington. Moving back to Arizona, she chose to continue her real estate career with Coldwell Banker Realty Southwest-Litchfield/Goodyear, which is located at 1616 N. Litchfield Road, Suite 170, in Goodyear.
“My goal is to make the home buying or selling process as smooth and enjoyable as possible while providing the best possible representation to my clients,” Haneman shared in a press release. “Whether a first-time buyer, downsizing for retirement or a client’s umpteenth corporate relocation, I’ve done it all – with pleasure.”
Haneman began her real estate career in Arizona. After a move to Washington, she worked in mortgage lending for several years.
In 1995, she returned to real estate as an affiliate agent with Coldwell Banker Bain, earning her managing broker license in Washington in 2004 through to the present. Her experience also includes new home sales representing the builders and as a member of the Relocation team
She is a Certified Residential Specialist, a designation earned by only 2% of all licensed Realtors.
