Queen Creek welcomes new business to Pecan Plaza

As You Wish Pottery may have just opened its doors in Queen Creek, but it’s already planning a big party for September.

The store opened Aug. 18 at 25166 S. Ellsworth Road, suite A-105 in the Pecan Plaza on the northwest corner of Ellsworth and Rigg roads. The Queen Creek location marks the company’s seventh in the Valley, a press release stated.

On the weekend of Sept. 16-17, the As You Wish Pottery in Queen Creek will be holding a grand opening celebration in conjunction with the company’s 28th anniversary.

Guests who spend $50 or more will get a punch card that covers eight studio fees and never expires. There will also be a prize wheel with giveaways. Reservations are recommended and can be made online, the release stated.

The As You Wish Pottery in Queen Creek includes seating for more than 50 guests, a birthday party area and hundreds of pottery items guests can choose off the shelves to decorate.

"We are super excited to bring the magic of As You Wish to the Queen Creek neighborhood. “With birthday parties, team builds, date nights and just being a space where anyone can spend quality time with family and friends, we know we will be a great fit in such a vibrant community" stated Lori and Scott Neff, owners of As You Wish Pottery, in the release. "We look forward to becoming a valued member of the Queen Creek area and continuing our mission of giving back to the communities we proudly serve."

In addition to the grand opening celebration, As You Wish Pottery has partnered with Make-A-Wish Arizona for a fundraising campaign that runs through September. All Arizona locations of As You Wish will be selling “Wish Stars” for $1, and guests can round up their change to donate more, according to the release. As You Wish Pottery has been matching every donation dollar for dollar throughout the campaign.
