Queen Creek Police debuts online reporting tool

The Queen Creek Police Department has launched Case Service Reporting, a non-emergency, online reporting service for residents.

The web-based system allows residents to submit non-emergency reports and receive immediate virtual assistance.

“As we consider the evolving needs of our community, service excellence will continue to be of the utmost importance to our department,” stated Queen Creek Police Chief Randy Brice in a press release. “We are pleased to add more operational efficiency while providing another way for our community members to directly engage with us.”

While filing a report on Case Service, the system prompts individuals with questions. Once submitted, a report is generated, and a case number is assigned. According to the release, if at any point during the filing the system determines that the type of crime does not meet the online reporting criteria, the individual will be directed to call the non-emergency number at 480-358-3500. Residents could also be directed to call 911.

The following crimes and incidents can be reported using Case Service:

  • Theft of items worth less than $1,000
  • Criminal damage of property worth less than $1,000
  • Graffiti
  • Forgery/fraud of less than $1,000
  • Shoplifting
  • Identity theft
  • Theft from vehicle
  • Lost property, including phones.
  • Supplement previously submitted reports

The free reporting service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Residents can file reports at QueenCreekAZ.gov/PoliceReport.
