The commercial real estate brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap has sold a Panera Bread in Queen Creek for $5.1 million.
The Panera Bread at 20670 E. Victoria Lane, is a 3,857-square foot, net-leased property, according to a press release from Marcus & Millichap. Built this year, the Panera features two drive-thru lanes.
Mark Ruble and Chris Lind, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company, the release stated.
The buyer, an individual/personal trust, limited liability company, was secured and represented by David Cutler, Joshua Johnson and Kirk Trammell, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Palo Alto, California office, the release stated.
