Powell: People won’t go no matter the quorum in Sun City

In response to the article (“New quorum on horizon?, Sun City Independent, June 14, 2023), it does not matter what the quorum is made, 50 or 5000, people do not respond unless it really impacts them and their way of life.
So leaving the quorum at the present number will not be detrimental.
