Phoenix police officers to co-host pet adoption event

Phoenix Police officers in combination with staff at the Maricopa County Animal Care & Control of Phoenix will present pups available for immediate adoption.

The Police and Paws Adoption event is an opportunity for residents to meet and engage with potential family pets as they are introduced by police escort. All are welcome to visit with the amazing pups available for adoption or just to stop by and say hi.

The event goes from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21 at the Maricopa County Animal Care & Control office, 2500 S. 27th Ave., in Phoenix.
