Operations Specialist Seaman Kevin Ramosgonzalez, from Phoenix, uses ship’s binoculars to scan the horizon for surface contacts from a weather deck onboard Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) as the ship departs Naval Air Station North Island, California, Aug. 10.
