Peoria Police seek assistance in locating endangered juvenile
Posted
Peoria Police seek the public’s help in locating Serenidy Byam, a 14-year-old female.
She is described as a Caucasian female, 5’3’’, about 115 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
It is unknown what she is wearing at this time, a news release said.
Byam was last seen Feb. 5 at about 9:30 p.m., after she left her residence near 95th and Olive avenues. It is unknown where she may have gone. According to family, she has medical issues which require daily medications.
Officers have been actively looking for Byam but have not been able to locate her. She is considered an endangered juvenile due to her medical conditions.
She does not have a cell phone with her. Anyone who sees Byam is encouraged to contact the Peoria Police Department at 623-773-8311.
