Meritage Homes, the fifth-largest public homebuilder in the U.S., has opened its latest community, Paloma Creek, in Surprise.
The community is located near Loop 303 and Grand Avenue, providing easy access to the metro Phoenix area. With close proximity to top-rated schools, parks and Surprise Stadium, the community at 25269 N. 160 Drive is designed for families and individuals alike.

Paloma Creek offers twenty all single-story floorplans across the Classic, Estate, Reserve, and Signature series with homes ranging from 1,200 to 3,121 square feet.
Residents will also enjoy exclusive amenities right at their doorsteps. The community includes Meritage’s largest amenity center to-date, featuring a clubhouse, pool, outdoor kitchen, playground, fire pit, basketball court and fitness center.
Community floorplans include the Classic Series, the Estate Series, the Reserve Series and the Signature Series. Prices range from $379,990 to $445,990.
