UPDATE: Oakmont Center closed for maintenance in Sun City

Residents who frequent Oakmont Center, 10725 W. Oakmont Drive, will need to go to another center for a few days.

The center will be closed Monday, June 26-Sunday, July 9 while the roof is being replaced.

The Recreation Centers of Sun City Strategic Alternatives Committee has been meeting in Oakmont, but during the closure it will meet 2 p.m. Friday, June 30 and July 7, in the Sonoran Room at Grand Center, 10415 W. Grand Ave. The committee will return to Oakmont when it reopens to resume its weekly meetings.
