Matt’s Big Breakfast in Glendale has an official grand opening date.
Established in the Valley in 2004, the new location at Arrowhead, 7507 W. Rose Garden Lane, will open at 7 a.m. Friday, Oct. 15.
The first 50 guests lined up at 7 a.m. will score six months’ worth of free bacon, and all attendees who stop by that day will see 100% of what they spend go toward No Kid Hungry, a national campaign dedicated to eradicating childhood hunger across America.
Matt’s Arrowhead location is the first in the area and the first west of the State Capitol. It will be one of three locations with a bar, serving up Matt’s Big Bacon Bloody Mary, fresh squeezed mimosas, and local beer that guests can enjoy inside or on the extended patio.
“We’ve heard again and again that we need to open a Matt’s in the West Valley, and we’re thrilled to be here,” founder Matt Pool stated in a news release. “We hope to see the community come out on October 15 to grab a table, grab a bite and help us raise money for a great cause with No Kid Hungry.”
