Christopher Hudson of Mesa is one of nine recipients of four-year, full-tuition Berklee City Music scholarships this year. He is a City Music participant at the Phoenix Conservatory of Music, focusing on piano.
Berklee City Music is a nonprofit program that delivers contemporary music education to youth from underserved communities at no or low cost.
The Berklee City Music Network is an association of 47 community organizations that serve more than 55,000 students in the U.S., Canada and Latin America each year.
Since its inception, Berklee City Music has awarded 274 four-year, full-tuition scholarships, totaling over $33 million.
