Posted

Live Christmas music is coming to Glendale this week.

The Glendale Library will host the Driftwood Quintet for the show “A Very Driftwood Christmas,” as part of the Live @ the Library music series. The concert starts at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 7 at the main library, located at 5959 W. Brown St.

Experience a mix of Christmas classics, music in honor of Kwanzaa and Hanukkah, and a jazzy twist on Tchaikovsky’s “Nutcracker Suite.”

Based in Phoenix, the Driftwood Quintet is a chamber group dedicated to crossing genres and bending boundaries in classical music.
