Hopebridge Autism Therapy Centers is partnering with Goldfish Swim School on Saturday, Oct. 5, by hosting a sensory-friendly swim event for local children with autism. Kids with sensory sensitivities and developmental delays will have accommodations to safely swim, splash and play alongside Goldfish Swim School instructors.

To make sure that families have the necessary tools to keep their kiddos safe near water, the event will feature an interactive water-safety presentation from the North Scottsdale Goldfish Swim School staff. Following the presentation, local children with autism will have a chance to enjoy a safe and supervised open swim with the help of Goldfish Swim School lifeguards and their cheerful mascot, Bubbles.

The event is scheduled from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Goldfish Swim School – North Scottsdale, 7000 E. Mayo Blvd., Suite 26, Phoenix, AZ 85054
