CRE8 Advisors has announced that TRU Bowl Superfood Bar has signed leases to open locations in Mesa and Chandler, with hopes of securing another lease in Queen Creek by the end of the year.

David and Cyndi Schoenecker already have a TRU Bowl Superfood Bar in Gilbert, 147 S. Higley Road, Suite 103, and through CRE8 Advisors they have signed a lease for a second location in north Mesa at 2727 E. Mckellips Road and a third site at 1900 W. Germann Road in Chandler, according to a press release from CRE8 Advisors.

The Mesa restaurant will open Tuesday, Oct. 1, and the Chandler location is expected to open in November or December.

“They would also like to secure another new location in Queen Creek by the end of the year and are currently seeking sites in high traffic centers with good demographics,” the press release stated.

Chad Shipley of CRE8 Advisor stated that an ideal location would be next to a gym, yoga, salon, or health-based retailers.

TRU Bowl Superfood Bar will feature acai foods that offer a range of “health and nutritional benefits, making it a popular choice for those seeking a balanced, nutrient-dense meal,” the release continued.

“I am grateful to be a part of Tru Bowl's growth into Arizona and build the relationship with them," Shipley stated in the release.
