Survivors, husband Dean Hubbard; brothers, Don Sawyer, Creston, B.C. Canada and David Sawyer of Winnipeg, M.A. Canada.

Deceased, husband Lyle Cummings; her parents; brother; and sister.

Memorial service is on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at Glencroft Senior Living Church Community of Faith, 8611 North 67th Avenue, Glendale, AZ.
