The Republicans in the House passed the Save Act which requires voters to provide documentary proof of citizenship at the time of registration. What is wrong with that?
One hundred ninety-eight Democrats voted no and only five Democrats voted yes. I would like any Democrat to explain why their party would oppose this logical, common sense bill.
Why do we even have laws on the books that are not enforced? Can we as Americans go to another country and vote in their elections?
Why give illegals who have broken our laws by just walking into our country the right to vote in our federal elections?
There is a process to become a citizen of the United States, let us not be so foolish to give illegals the right to vote!
