Glendale apartment complex sells for $7 million

Glendale apartment complex Ocotillo Oasis has a new owner.

The 42-unit property sold for $7 million, commercial real estate brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap announced Wednesday.

“Located immediately south of Glendale High school, half a mile west of the 60 Freeway and Downtown Glendale, Ocotillo Oasis offers residents convenient access to major retail, employment and education from its rapidly improving residential micro-location,” Paul Bay, senior vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office, shared in a press release.

The seller was a private investor and the buyer, an individual/personal trust, according to Marcus & Millichap.

Ocotillo Oasis is located at 6220 W. Ocotillo Road.
