History Channel's TV show "Pawn Stars Do America" is coming to the Valley in a few weeks.
The show is inviting fans age 18 and up to participate in a taping. Attendees can get the chance to mingle on set and watch the Pawn Stars guys film while they are in town.
Anyone selected to attend is also invited to bring a cool and unique item that they may get the chance to sell on the spot.
The show will be filming for three days in Mesa (Nov. 7-9) and three days in downtown Phoenix (Nov. 14-16) at venues to be announced. No acting experience is required.
There are two options for fans who want to attend:
Get paid to attend a full day as a background extra. If anyone is available to be a paid background extra for an all-day taping, they can get $150 for eight-hours, plus a meal. They would need to be available starting around 9 a.m. and would need to bring an item with them to show off and potentially sell. Visit OSLAproductions.com to apply as an all-day paid background extra.
Come for one hour for free. Anyone who is unable to attend for the full day can stop by for an hour to bring some items to try to sell to the Pawn Stars guys. Visit freeTVtix.comto apply for a free invite.
