Commercial real estate brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap announced the $3.15 million sale of Dunn-Edwards Paints, a 12,900-square-foot net-leased property located in Peoria.

The Dunn-Edwards is located at 9156 W. Peoria Ave.

Investment specialists Nick Christifulli, Mark Ruble and Chris Lind had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.

The sale included a triple-net lease with corporate guarantee and 8% rental increases every five years.

The tenant has operated at the site for more than 20 years and recently extended their lease.
