Donabe, a new Japanese steakhouse now open will offer rare and imported Wagyu, as well as a thoughtfully curated sushi program with an emphasis on seasonal cuisine.
The chefs bring an innovative take on Japanese cuisine, such as Foie Gras & duck fried rice as well as A5 Wagyu served on a hot stone with daikon & shiso chimichurri, according to a press release. The restaurant also has a full bar inclusive of worldly wines, Japanese whiskies, and cocktails.
The concept is brought to you by Alliance Hospitality Group, the team behind FLINT By Baltaire in Phoenix, Michelin guide steakhouse Baltaire in Los Angeles, and other notable restaurant concepts.
Donabe is located on the second floor of the W Scottsdale, 7277 E. Camelback Road, in a restricted area for guests 21 years and older. It is open seven days a week, Sunday through Thursday from 5:30 to 9 PM, and Friday through Saturday from 5:30 to 10 PM.
Reservations are available at https://resy.com/cities/sct/donabe.
