David Weekley Homes will soon begin building single-family homes in Meridian at Northpointe at Vistancia located in north Peoria.
The builder is expected to open for sales in mid-July.
Located within the master-planned community of Vistancia, this new gated section will include 112 homesites situated between the Twin Buttes and White Peak mountains. The community will feature seven floor plans ranging in size from about 2,731 to 2,985 square feet.
Community amenities will include a resort-style pool, kids play zone, sports courts, hiking trails, discovery trail, and access to The Sovita Club recreation center with a fitness on-demand movement studio, basketball court and indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.
Meridian at Northpointe at Vistancia is close to major roadways including, I-17 and AZ-303. It is also located near entertainment, dining, shopping and outdoor activities, including Lake Pleasant and golfing at Blackstone Country Club and Trilogy Golf Course. Students will attend schools in Peoria Unified School District, including Liberty High School.
